This week is the movement aspect of approaching our practice with more ease…less tension. Rather than forcing the pose and pushing through the discomfort but instead a pace to acknowledge how we engage in the slower process. Honoring where we are as we move on our mat is a powerful approach to healing and reawakening to the call of love.
The practice is intentionally slow so that we learn on the mat how to value the softness and kindness. Don't be surprised if this challenges you to move this slow and honor this as you discover ways to Celebrate the Easeful. We've been taught the calm and softer approach and relationship with ourselves is a sign of weakness, yet really, we are being intentionally, self aware and honestly being very brave in this journey inward.
