Here it is, the movement aspect of this months podcast. Yoga does so much, and it opens us up to a sacred relationship with our inner self providing an opportunity to be in a more optimal connection recognizing that we contain a high version of ourself when we embrace our entire self. But in order to embrace, we have to get to know.

The movement of these podcasts is incredibly accessible. The advance nature is not in the physical form but in the integration of body, mind and spirit. If it was just physical…well, it wouldn't be yoga in my opinion. Again I hope this supports you on your journey!
