Sacred Ground Workshop Series
A Three-Part Astrology Workshop Series:
Orientation + Relationship + Embodiment
Introducing humanistic astrology as a practice of soul care and authentic alignment. Using the birth chart as a symbolic map, we explore how to orient inward, understand your natural rhythms, and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, compassionate way. This series supports cultivating inner trust, clarity, and presence without fixing or forcing who you are.
Workshop I: Orientation
This foundational workshop offers just enough structure through core astrological foundations like Sun, Moon, and the elements to help you orient to your inner world with clarity and care. Rather than interpreting or predicting, we use the birth chart as a grounding map to understand how you move inwardly and outwardly in daily life. This workshop supports self-recognition, emotional awareness, and a steady sense of inner anchoring.
Workshop II: Relationship
This workshop focuses on deepening relationship with your inner world through planetary awareness and lived experience. You’ll explore how emotions, needs, and patterns move through you, building trust in your internal signals and responses. This is an invitation to relate to yourself with greater compassion, curiosity, and coherence.

Soul care through authentic alignment and celestial nourishment
This work is educational and reflective in nature. It uses humanistic astrology as a framework for self-orientation, self-reflection, and personal growth. It is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health care. While I am a licensed clinician, these offerings are provided under my coaching and educational work and are not clinical services.
Participants are encouraged to engage at their own pace and seek additional support as needed.

Each month holds its own energy and you are welcome anytime your feel aligned to join.
Intimate, creative and organic gatherings with a light structure designed to support grounded presence and emotional clarity in community.
Participation requires an RSVP, curiosity and a willingness to reconnect with community.
Each month we will gather virtually, on the 3rd Thursday for 60 minutes for a steady pause. The time together will include a centering practice to help us regulate to the season of life and awaken our creative agency. We will have time to reflect, be in good company and build connection with like minded hearts & souls.
This is neither therapy nor an educational workshop. But a steady space to recalibrate and reconnect in a safe and supportive process.

Over 4 weeks we will meet in a small supportive circle of women where we combine somatic practices you can do anywhere; guided reflection to help untangle old patterns; edcuation on nervous system health, boundaries and self-trust; integration prompts to carry forward.
This is not about fixing something. It is about remembering you are already whole and giving yourself permission to live from this truth.
