Spending a little time to be really clear on what matters (yes, I bring this up regularly) requires you to also understand what sustains you…in your own articulation, understanding based on your own direct experience. This month is a really powerful offering starting with this episodes igniting a deeper conversation within yourself. There is so much to be said and I share a bit of it in a past blog post called 'A Whole New Process' that is on the website. While that is regarding a new phase, you'll get the idea that it is necessary to understand what you are aligning with rather than operating on default. So let's start the conversation now so we no longer operate from a maladaptive pattern.
