Cultivating clarity takes on different meanings in different situations. Being on your mat provides a direct experience of what it means to be in a more clear space internally. Maybe not while you are actually moving…but once all the movement integrates. Moving with the inquiry that is provided…creates an opportunity to simply become more clear on where you are and where you want to be. Coming into alignment is not about right or wrong but rather how can you cultivate inner stability to move forward.

If this flow resonates…tell me in the comments so I can continue to support your clarity, your practice and your alignment with your best life. Enjoy the practice and enjoy this life.
