Yoga and Ayurveda bring forward an invitation to connect with clarity in our daily lives. Clarity where our highest self, the connection to our inner spirit is embodied in our daily living and lifestyle. Being able to have a clear idea of who we are, a sense of self, we create a solid foundation to direct the course of our life.

This episode invites in a process of journalling to dig into what serves us and what we are engaging with to aid in a practice where we can lean into a stronger support system. The PDF is available on the Sacred Essence Facebook page as well as continuous support to live in alignment with your essence that is sacred. Dig in and awaken the seeds of your heart that are ready to flourish and connect you to a full and fulfilling life!

Show up for yourself and show up for the world that surrounds you.
