Once you know what sustains you, having a direct experience with it is incredibly affirming. Yoga provides the framework to experience more fully that which is eternal. This practice is more breath inspired. The basic practice is presented in a very intentional, intelligent and inspiring manner to reawaken you and recharge you. Finding a greater alignment within provides the transformation to release the trash and hold on to the eternal.
