How we move with ourselves is very telling on how we engage with our life. But here is the deal…when we move…we feel better. We remember we can handle it and that small nagging limiting voice even gets quite so the volume of your higher self is increased and more easily heard. This month the flow keeps us centered, offers twists and chances to be challenged with an arm balance. Let me know how you feel afterwards and if the world around you is a bit sweeter because you are in a stronger relationship with yourself. To be a spiritual friend, a compassionate friend with oneself is such an amazing opportunity…the people around you will thank you and honor you that much more.
