Meditation is the process of listening. This practice is here to help you strengthen what you are listening to and how you show up for yourself. What relationship are you contributing to internally? The more you practice this the more you will find yourself in a higher vibrance and relationship with life. You will discover patterns that keep you limited and small being able to notice what it sounds or feels in the body and be in a position to hear more deeply to the truth that is there to celebrate and support you. I know that meditation appears simple, subtle, to easy to make a difference. But when you remain consistent with the practice, you consistently discover the magnitude and potential the practice holds for you and everyone. Tell me what shows up for you and how you are going to be committed to being present more regularly for your true self.
